There is some whiteness feel about the house and if you open all doors you will have an impression that you are outside. This feature was employed to create the eco design of the house. Green trees surrounding the house also contribute to this effect. Nature and interior blends and border is blurred between them.
Courtney looked for the house with many views on the ocean and Malibu house is exactly what she wanted to get. The openness feature is accented in all parts of the house: outdoor deck, smaller galley kitchen that is made like an attachment to the screening house. There you will see a 'hot-dog window' that is used for serving snacks to the guests who rest beside the pool.
There are glass walls in the house therefore it is full of light. Even the master bedroom leads to the deck that opens the marvelous view of water. Enter the living room to make sure that nature is also present there. Feel the oak floor under you feet and enjoy conversation near the flagstone fireplace. There you will see works of Massimo Vitaly, Harland Miller and Kent Williams. They help to make the room more colorful. Besides, they create humorous vibe.
