Gwyneth Paltrow Hamptons Home Decor
We should admit the style of Gwyneth Paltrow Hamptons home decor is one of my favorite. This interior decor is really fabulous. Though Gwyneth Paltrow says it is minimalist. Those who were lucky to get there would hardly agree with her. Hamptons home interior is spectacular. Without doubt, the aesthetic of Gwyneth's home is minimalist, but it features feminine twist which is evident from predominance of pink.
The Hampton Home is comfortable looking, completely homey and at the same time surprisingly modern. Entering the foyer, the first thing which strikes the eye is a Bolero chair upholstered in Schumacher's Lace.
The mix of its aqua patterns looks wonderful and sophisticated against the gray Zoffany Cordoba wallpapers. This chair in Aqua looks great being paired with John Derian's decoupage barnacle lamp and a Direction's Glam console table. Pieces of furniture in the living room are perfectly paired with the rest of decor elements including an elegant table and Madeline Weinrib's chair.
The vases from Calypso Home also carry their weight, as well as the Tord Boontje chandelier in her dining room. Her kitchen is a lifelong ambition of most homeowners. It is very beautiful and spacious. Even those who like white or bright colors say her dark gray custom cabinets by Minkoff look nice. Striking chandeliers by Home and Co. make concrete counters by Remik Studio and a butcher-block top of the island look brighter.
Gwyneth Paltrow took charge of her home's decor right from the beginning. When she saw the house for the first time, it was under construction. She hired an architectural designer Michael Minkoff and he tailored her Hamptons home to her family taste. Kim Gieske, House and Garden editor, also helped her and gave a few design source suggestions.
Hamptons home by Gwyneth Paltrow can boast of amazing pieces of art. The needlework by Ann Carrington is only one of masterpieces that hang on the walls of this impressive home. Without doubt, Gwyneth Paltrow home interior looks slightly English, but very elegant.
