Christmas Party - Invite All Your Neighbors!

Christmas parties are a great way to have fun with your neighbors and friends, teach your children about Christmas traditions and a great opportunity to catch up with people who live next to you. If you’re planning on arranging a Christmas party, we’re going to provide you with a comprehensive checklist on the things you should take into account.
First of all, invite all your neighbors by printing and handing out informational leaflets. You can involve children in distributing the leaflets. Don’t forget to specify that everyone should bring their own dish.
Then think about decorating the place you’re going to celebrate. Make sure you have a huge Xmas tree; it’s a good idea to decorate it with some old-fashioned ornaments, colorful lights, candy canes and stuff like that. Arrange volunteers who keep order dress up in fancy Christmas-related costumes: snowmen, elves or reindeers, or at least give them Santa Claus hats.
The best way to bring joy to the kids is to arrange a display with reindeers and the sleigh, ask someone to play Santa. Prepare sacks with small gifts for everyone coming to the party. If there’s no snow where you live, think about dispersing some artificial powder all around the place to bring in the festive mood. Arrange fun games for the kids like Merry Go Round, Rock Climbing and Wall Jumping Castle. Invite street performers and a magician, arrange Face Painting. Think about organizing performances of school theaters and local bands, it’s also a good idea to set up a carols choir of everyone who’d knows and likes to sing Christmas songs.
Another important aspect of Christmas party is food. Organize large tables with lots of traditional Christmas dishes; prepare punch and jelly, delegate baking cookies to some of the neighbors. Make sure there is enough dessert for the kids and warm drinks for everyone.
And the most important thing you should remember is that Christmas party is a community event, that’s why everyone should be involved in its preparation. Keep in mind that you have to think of a job for everyone, this way you’ll keep all of your neighbors interested and bring out the holiday spirit long before Christmas.
